Unscalable
Do things that don’t scale.
You here it all the time. I know I’ve posted on 𝕏 about it plenty myself.
But what does it even mean in practice?
Paul Graham wrote an incredible deep dive on the subject and I wanted to share my synopsis.
Things like recruiting, manual messaging, and over-the-top experience creation stuck out.
Your business needs die hard fans in the beginning.
To get them you have to go above and beyond.
If that means DM’ing every new customer and following them on 𝕏. Do it.
If that means going to every networking event in town for a month to find your first hire. Do it.
You need to build fast and build messy at first. Spend the time now so later you won’t have to.
Start unscalable.
