The Three P's

Most founders start their business out of passion.

But that’s only half the battle. Well, actually a third.

Enter: patience and perseverance, the remainder of Emily Hochman’s “Three P’s”.

While building her tech driven nutrition startup Wellory, she coined these as her top three qualities of successful entrepreneurs.

Passion is the foundation—you have to love what you do.

Patience is the house—a symbol of time taken to build something great.

Perseverance is the glue that holds it all together—when things get tough, you refuse to quit.

Identifying the intersection between an idea you care about and the internal drive to bring it to fruition is the mark of a great entrepreneur.

That is where world-changing ideas are born.
