I suggest the ideal lean startup has 1 founder with all 3 skills.

With the expansion of digital knowledge sharing, a team isn’t always necessary.

Solopreneurs are real.

And they’re thriving.

You don’t have to build a team to get skills, you have to build yourself.

If money is no object and speed is your goal—sure, go build a team.

But if you value flexibility and efficiency—build yourself first.
