Prioritize Ruthlessly

No challenge is created equal.

No matter the situation—in life, in business, anywhere else.

Some scenarios simply aren’t a big deal.

But we still treat them as such.

One of the most powerful tools in an entrepreneur’s toolkit is prioritization.

You must do it ruthlessly.

If we see “every challenge as the biggest challenge in the world” we will never have enough time or energy for the actual biggest challenges.

In turn, leaving us burnt out.

These wise words from Blink founder Suranga Chandratillake were a wake up call for me.

I see everything as urgent (and top priority) when most aren’t.

Some things are—and that’s the point.

Treat big challenges as big challenges.

And little ones as little.

Prioritize ruthlessly.
