From there he A/B tested everything, again noting down the results manually.
Is it unscalable? Yes, but startups are all about doing unscalable things to get off the ground.
Ali’s keen understanding of all his numbers allowed him to immediately identify inefficiencies and fix them.
So get obsessed with your numbers.
