Lift Me Up

Morning all,

The interview I pulled from today is solid—highly recommend you read into it more.

Idea: “When I am having a rough day, hearing the positive experiences and successful outcomes from our customers lifts me up.”

I read this interview with Uher yesterday and this bit really stuck out to me.

For 2 reasons.

One, it’s an ode to self-motivation and encouragement when you’re feeling down.

That’s always nice to hear.

I struggle with getting down in the dumps over little things.

Then not picking myself up as quickly as I should.

Uher’s a glass half full kind of guy—I like it.

Be more like him.

But the next layer is how his encourage comes from happy customers.

He’s so customer-centric that his customers are his metric for success.

That’s pretty awesome.

At the end of the day business comes from happy customers.

That should be our #1 goal.

Happy customer = happy entrepreneur :)
