What synonyms come to mind?

• Workaholic

• Endless to-do’s

• Burnout

When I think “hustler” I think of “the grind.”

This ridiculous concept made famous by money 𝕏.

Too bad it’s completely wrong.

Jon Acuff (yes I’m quoting an author 2 days in a row) reframes it like this:

“Hustle is an act of focus, not frenzy.”

It’s not adding more and more to your calendar until you feel like you can hardly breathe.

It’s not working yourself into the ground for the sake of a “easier future."

It is, however, a conscious effort toward the things that impact your goals the most.

Hustle is the unwavering pursuit of a better future through laser focus, not frenzied work 24/7.

You don’t need more work to be a hustler.

You need less…but better.
