Handyman

I’m not a businessman.

I am a handyman though.

Whenever I’m talking with someone in a DM, comment, or email, my first reaction is always how can I help.

I’ll lend a hand in anyway I can:

  • Need advice?

  • Need proofreading?

  • Just want to chat?

Whatever the scenario, I’m there for it.

Chris Sacca attributes this same mentality to his success in Silicon Valley.

“I think what really ended up building a business opportunity for me was just being known as being helpful,” he says.

When you’re starting with nothing, all you can give is yourself.

You might not be a businessperson yet.

You might not charge money yet.

But you can be a helping hand.

That builds trust.

Trust builds business.

And there the equation for success starts falling into place.

Above all, be helpful.
