Good morning,

Another shorter one here today—talking about more cool tech though so I hope you enjoy!

Industry: Healthcare
Idea: “Go big… While many companies have been successful solving small problems (that tragically affect many, many patients), think big and solve big problems like tobacco, opioid addiction, and mental illness.'“

So this is in the context of healthcare—Utley’s industry of focus.

But it incapsulates nicely this idea of “go big” that I talk about frequently.

Find big problems.
Solve with big solutions.
Make a big impact.

“Be bold” is another way I’ve put it.

Goes to show that no matter your industry—whether you’re a business coach on 𝕏 or building an app like Pivot to end addiction, you can make a big change.

My favorite way to figure out that big problem is this.

It’s 2 little questions:

What problem do I solve?
What’s the next step up the ladder?

In other words, what’s the overarching problem?

Sometimes you’ll have to ask that last one a couple times depending on how big you want to go.

Start specific, then go big.
