This one blows my mind.

At Jolt you get hired on for 2 years.

No matter what.

That’s the max.

You could be the best person to ever do that job.

You’re still done.

It doesn’t mean you’re fired.

You’re either free to leave.

Or you can find another 2 year gig elsewhere in the company.

It’s designed to be a learning opportunity, not a long-term career.

Surprisingly people are responding really well to it.

I don’t think it would be for me. But clearly it’s for some people.

Seems like just another controversial stunt from a tech startup to try and gain clout.

But if it works, it works.🤷‍♂️
